Big Changes to the Highway Code

If you’ve not read the Highway Code in a long time you need to check out these proposed changes as there are serious implications for drivers and riders as ‘those who can do the greatest harm have the greatest responsibility to reduce the danger or threat they may pose to others’.

The Government is going ahead with plans to introduce a hierarchy of road users, as part of a series of updates to The Highway Code aimed at improving road safety for cyclists, pedestrians and horse riders.
